PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE CURRENTLY NOT OFFERING A CSA SHARE IN 2023. SINCE 2021 WE HAVE INSTEAD BEEN GROWING FOR RESTAURANTS and GROCERY STORES.

Our Neighborhood Vegetable Share (NSA) will focus on the latter part of the growing season. Distribution of produce to members begins in the last week of July and goes until October 8 (twelve weeks). Our vegetable shares are designed for 2 to 4 people depending on one’s vegetable consumption. On Thursday evenings, 5:00-6:30pm, we distribute farmer’s market style in the refurbished “farm garage” of 1004 Sunset Avenue. Vegetable signs above baskets indicate the number of vegetable items for each family to take for the week. Depending on the time of year, there will be 8-14 different vegetable items each week. We have 30 vegetable share members. The atmosphere is fun and friendly with good conversations, kids running about, the pepper roaster spinning, and members harvesting their preferred herbs from the two herb gardens. Occasionally we have food samples to try.  We grow about 40 different crops each year. Vegetable share cost is $325.00/ growing season.

We also offer an organic Hazel Dell mushroom share in 1/2 pound increments every other week. Organic flower bouquets are for sale every Thursday evening ranging in price from $5-10. Half the proceeds from flower sales are used to fund the planting of a pollinator garden. Flower arrangements are available for special events, contact the farm if interested.
